Vendor Information

1. Cooleemee Civitan Club is only accepting arts & crafts vendors for the 3rd Annual Fiddler’s and Bluegrass Convention that will be held May 14th, 2005. The Cooleemee Civitan Club will provide Food & Beverage at this event.

2. Arts & crafts vendors to be confirmed as a pre-registered vendor to be guaranteed a space by May 1, 2005.
Note: To be a confirmed pre-registered vendor, vendors must complete the following:
A. Arts and Craft vendors must fill out and return the attached form (printable), along with a donation of $40.00 in check form made out to the Cooleemee Civitan Club. Both will be mailed to Fiddlers’ Convention, c/o Cooleemee Civitans, PO Box 517, Cooleemee, NC 27014.
B. Once the vendor’s form has been reviewed and it has been determined the vendor’s product line is tasteful in nature the vendor will be notified they have been confirmed. If the vendor does not meet the club guidelines the vendor’s donation check will be returned. The date the vendor’s form and the check are received will determine the pre-registered date for that vendor.
C. We also encourage vendors to donate a door prize that will be given away during the event. The MC will mention the vendors’ name and their product line at this time. Note: The MC makes routine announcements reminding everyone to visit and support our on-site vendors.

3. Confirmed arts & crafts vendors will have (2) two passes waiting on them at the gate upon arrival. Additional passes will be purchased at the gate.

4. All crafters & vendors must be on-site and setup to sell before 12 noon on Saturday, May 14th, 2005. .

5. Every effort will be made to assist the vendors in selecting an appropriate/available location. Note: Each Vendor site will be 10’ X 10’ in size. Any special vendor requirements will need to be arranged for in advance.

6. Vendors will be responsible for your own tables and chairs and coverings from the weather.

7. Vendor’s RVs are welcome to park on an adjoining site.

8. Cooleemee Civitan Club, Civitan International, the Town of Mocksville, and Davie Parks & Recreation are not responsible for any thefts and injuries sustained during this event.

9. No alcohol or drugs will be allowed on the grounds. There will be public and private law enforcement on-site during this event.

10.This is a family event; it is expected that everyone conduct himself or herself in an appropriate manner.

11. The location for the 3rd annual Old Time Fiddlers’ and Bluegrass Convention will be at Clement Grove Picnic Grounds, 201 Poplar St., Off Main Street, Mocksville, NC 27028.
